REBLOG IF YOU LOVE TO READ.

I always thought that love wasn’t meant for me. Love was something from fairy tales and movies. From Princes and princesses, in places with rives and hills. Not for my life. In my life, love hurted. Love was my best friends who fell in love with me but I didn’t feel anything for him. Love was not beautiful. That was the day that I swore to myself that I would never fall in love, if it wasn’t real. Love was too big and too scary for me. I was okay with the fact that I was alone. Stone after stone, day after day. Love didn’t exist. Love would never rule about me. Until I met you. You are the only exception, you’ve changed everything. My sky turned from blue to love. My smile turned from glass to sunshine. And love broke down the wall. Stone after stone, day after day. You gave love another dimension. You are love. But you know… I’m still afraid of love. Still afraid that love never lasts. That’s why I never told you. I’m so afraid. But I love you, I really do. I wish you knew.

Talk nerdy to me.

Talk nerdy to me.

Don't Take Life Too Seriously: Book Confessions

Book Confessions

1. To mark your page you: use a bookmark, bend the page corner, leave the book open face down?

I usually use a anything I can find as a bookmark as long as it will not destroy my book or leave a mark. I am a freak okay?

2. Do you lend your books?

I don’t usually lend my books BUT if the person is responsible and I really trust him/her to take very good care of my books I lend it BUT it should be returned to me in the same condition as I gave it to him/her.

3. You find an interesting passage: you write in your book or NO WRITING IN BOOKS!

I look for my cellular phone and save it as a message there but if I am that desperate I tear a piece of paper and insert it on the page where I found the passage and after reading I’ll look for it and write it in a decent paper.

4. Dust jackets – leave it on or take it off.

Definitely take them off. I’m always scared that I’ll ruin or lose them.

5. Hard cover, paperback, skip it and get the audio book?

I don’t usually do audio books I don’t like it. (no offense meant there) but to me it’s not well, it doesn’t satisfy my need for a book. I prefer hard covers but if they are too pricey I settle for paperbacks.

6. Do you shelve your books by subject, author, or size and color of the book spines?

I do it by the author. There you can call me a freak now.

7. Buy it or borrow it from the library later?

I buy my books because if I borrow it from the library and it is really good I’ll end up craving for it and then result to eventually buying it.

8. Do you put your name on your books – scribble your name in the cover, fancy bookplate, or stamp?

I DON’T WRITE ON MY BOOKS. I tape papers with my name printed on it before covering it.

9. Most of the books you own are rare and out-of-print books or recent publications?

Recent publications and rare.

10. Page edges – deckled or straight?

Oh man. I HATE deckled pages.

11. How many books do you read at one time?

I have two books that I read at the same time so that when I get bored of the other books I will get the other one.

12. Be honest, ever tear a page from a book?

_ಠ DON’T YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE MY BOOKS THAT I EVEN HATE IT WHEN THE PAPER IS CRINKLED AND THEN YOU’LL ASK ME IR I HAVE EVER TORE A PAGE FROM A BOOK. BY THE ANGEL YOU’RE GETTING ON MY NERVE.
